Introduction
People's Park Centre is a commercial property, residential apartment, and shopping centre in the heart of Chinatown. It is believed to be Singaore's first shopping centre. Completed in 1976, People's Park Centre is a mixed-development shopping centre featuring four floors for retail shopping, and a pair of towers for office space and residential purposes.
