Overview
See Singapore through a different lens as we say hello to our neighbours and discover hidden gems. With new virtual and physical programmes, the second edition of My Community Festival seeks to help participants gain new perspectives of everyday places through heartfelt stories of the many communities in Singapore.
From the fading craft of carving names into stone to immortalise the memories of the dead, to the centuries-old art form of wayang kulit — these are just some of the traditions still practised by Singapore’s multi-faceted communities. These form the cornerstone of My Community Festival (MCF), the ground-up community heritage festival that is returning for its second edition.
