Christi Bowler Elflein presents an urban planner’s perspective of Chinatown in her book “Great Streets of Singapore’s Chinatown.” She will take you on a journey through Chinatown’s most beloved streets, its great streets, using aerials, photography and cross sections, explaining urban design.
