Ang Ku Kueh (aka Red Turtle Pastry) has been a faved pastry since century ago. Today, this pastry has evolved with several innovation and enjoyed by many both the Chinese and non-Chinese. Many would only known it to for just the symbolism of longevity, due to its character usually printed on it, however it’s more than what meets the eyes. Join us on this journey to learn with us the history of this pastry and try making one on your own. You will be learning the several variations of this traditional pastry and why it is used on several occasions that many no longer know.
