Introduction
Humpback was inspired by its two founders’ trip to Hama Hama oyster farm in the Pacific Northwest, USA, and them wanting to recreate the experience of enjoying fresh Pacific Northwest oysters in Singapore. The restaurant also serves artisanal small plates, cocktails and desserts, perfect for a relaxing night out with friends.
Located on the second floor at the same location is Gibson, a cocktail bar named after the classic Gibson drink, made with gin and dry vermouth, and often garnished with a pickled onion. There is a whopping 30 cocktails on the menu at the bar, with mood-based headings so guests can pick drinks based on how they feel.
