Chinatown Business Association (CBA) welcomes Chinese New Year with weekend workshops that will run from 30th - 31st January 2021 on Pagoda and Sago Street.
Participants can experience a range of creative workshops like Cartoon Miniature, Pottery, and Fuse Beads making.

Pottery & Tea Appreciation Workshop
Pottery & Tea Appreciation workshop was held
over the weekend on the 6th - 8th November.
Pottery workshop was conducted by The Clay People, ceramic enthusiasts got to learn basic techniques and craft their own tea bowls, plates, and spoons by the end of the session. The Tea Appreciation workshop was conducted by East Inspirations, sharing homely traditional Chinese tea sessions with participants on streets of Chinatown.
Pottery & Fan Painting Workshop
Pottery & Fan Painting Workshop was held
over the weekend on the 20th - 22nd November.
More participants got to attend the Pottery Workshop over two consecutive weekends. The Fan Painting Workshop also went on for the second run. Crafty participants got to take away their beautiful works from the sessions.

Chinatown Christmas Market & Workshops (Week 1-2)
Chinatown Business Association (CBA) brings the festive cheer through Christmas Market and Workshops that run from 12th December - 3rd January 2020
with festive offerings held over four weekends.
Chinatown Christmas Market & Workshops week 1 was held with a series of craft workshops - Paper Origami, Terrarium, and Pottery on Sago Street.
Kick-starting the second Christmas Market weekends, week 2 was held with Christmas Hanging Decor & Beads, Crochet Making, and Leather Keychain workshops on Pagoda and Sago Street. Featuring a wide array of retail stalls with handmade items, fashion, and wellness offerings alongside.
Chinatown Christmas Market & Workshops (Week 3-4)
Chinatown Christmas Market & Workshops week 3 was held with wellness and craft workshops - Coffee Making & Tea Appreciation, Cartoon Miniature, Crochet Making, Beads Keychain, and Oil Painting. Visitors also got to take on a trishaw ride along the streets of Chinatown.
We welcomed the new year with WindChimes and Oil Painting workshops on week 4, participants got to come together and enjoy the activity together celebrating the new year.
